Ambassador Program
Ambassadors are properties that agree to be reference resources for Megasys. They will be willing to talk about their positive experience(s) with our products and service. Reference activities may include phone calls with prospective clients, industry interviews for newsletters, on-site visits, press releases, testimonials or a success stories. Why become an Ambassador? It benefits you and your property. Earn Points for each reference activity you participate in and use it toward services.
Sign Up as an Ambassador - 50 points
Earn 50 points for signing and returning the agreement. This agreement confirms you will perform reference activities for the term of one (1) year from agreement date.
Renew Agreement – 75 points
Earn 75 points for renewal of your reference agreement.
Sales Reference with Prospect - 100 points
Earn 100 points each time you are a sales reference. As a sales reference you will speak with a prospective Megasys client regarding various aspects of our software application. An e-mail will be sent to you that we have supplied your name as a reference. Simple reply to the email with the contact name of the person you spoke with and a brief overview of their areas of concern. Once we receive the reply, the points will be added to your account.
Testimonials – 150 points
Testimonials are quotes that may be used in marketing materials, press releases, or on the Megasys Web site. These quotes are often written by the Megasys sales team after a short dialogue with you or an appointed member of your staff. You will then have the opportunity to edit and/or approve the quote. You will earn 150 points for each testimonial that is approved and used.
Press Release or Industry Interview – 200 points
Earn 200 points when either you or an appointed member of your staff will participate in a brief interview with either a Megasys PR representative or a media reporter. You will have an opportunity to review and approve the final press release or article prior to media distribution and Web site publication. Press releases may result in published articles.
Success Story – 200 points
A Success Story communicates our mutual successes based on the installation of Megasys Hospitality Systems software applications. This will require an interview with a writer, then reviewed and approved prior to its publication as press releases, Megasys website and sales collateral.
On-Site Host for Potential Megasys Clients – 500 points
You will serve as serve as on site host for potential Megasys clients and/or partners. An on-site host will allow your guests an opportunity to see the software functionality in use.
