This course is designed to develop users’ understanding of the Megasys Transportation module and enable users to enter and print reports regarding guest transportation.
Course Objectives:
- User will enter transportation requests from the guests
- User will understand print appropriate reports
- User will learn the tour scheduler option
Course Agenda:
- Overview of the Transportation menu and its options
Enter transportation requests on a reservation and from the Transportation menu
- Print a transportation report
- Create a scheduled ‘tour’
Recommended Experience: Some accounting background is helpful.
