Course Description:
This course is designed to develop the IT department staff understanding of Megasys and maintaining the system.
Course Objectives:
- User will learn how to maneuver in the Megasys system
- User will learn system security and how to enter and maintain system users
- User will learn interface maintenance
- User will learn how to set up and maintain system printers
- User will learn the credit card process and procedures
- User will learn what the average system user can and cannot do
- User will learn how to troubleshoot problems
- User will learn the reboot process, when and why to do a reboot
- User will learn about system back up and how to maintain
