Audience: The target audience is the hotel housekeeping staff and inspectors.

Course Description:
This lesson is designed to develop users’ understanding of the Megasys Housekeeping Menu and options.
Course Objectives:
- User will learn and navigate the availability screen.
- User will learn the two options for section reports (Section Reports and Custom Sections).
- User will learn the system room status codes and how they are changed.
- User will learn the two ways to update a room (telephone interface and manual).
- User will be able to check a room on the system and to find a guest.
- User will learn the various housekeeping reports and how to use them.
Course Agenda:
Overview of the Housekeeping module (HSS)
Review and explain the availability screen and house stats.
- Housekeeper’s Report
- Print the section reports
- Create a custom Housekeeping Sections
- Discuss how to change the section report in the FOC menu, Room Number Maintenance
Update room status codes
